It appears that the Unit C contract has been settled! The parties met and finalized the language. The agreement is now with the District’s attorney for review. If no further changes are required, we will soon move forward with a ratification vote involving all paraprofessionals.
The new contract includes a favorable salary increase and will be in effect for two years. This timeline aligns negotiations for all WEA units, which will help streamline the process and save both time and resources going forward.
